I have a pellet stove that has not been serviced in eight years. It really needed a lot. The guys came and were early rather than late, totally professional, kept everything clean, and the stove works better than ever. I will highly recommend them to anyone who wants good people who do good work. They were great!

The woman who does scheduling (Jessica) is so pleasant and the guys they sent out (Cliff and Steve) we're not only thorough but made it a point to teach me a few things and make suggestions about how I could reduce my risk of any fireplace related incidents. They too we're very nice! I will be using these guys for years to come and would highly recommend them! Their prices are also very reasonable!

I hired Ash Away Chimney Services to replace the cap on my chimney. They were polite and friendly both on the phone and in person. They arrived on time for both the estimate and the job. The result was professional and, as they promised, I now have the best (and most attractive) chimney cap in the neighborhood. It's far superior to the one built with the house and will last indefinitely due to its stainless steel construction. Their price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Ash Away Chimney Services.

I put a post on a FB online sales group for a good chimney sweep. Two people came back with Ash Away. I called around several places for a quote on a "sweep & inspect." I had just bought a house with a wood stove and had no idea the condition OR how to use it. I went with Ash away because Tony, the man who left me a return message sounded very polite and knowledgeable. My appointment was for a Monday.. the Monday after the blizzard of 2016. I did not think they would show up or call. The appointment was for 1-3pm Monday. I called at 1130am. Not only were they coming, they were on their way already. My two techs were great. Took of their shoes (we do not wear shoes in the house) and were polite. They even went on the roof and kicked off some snow. Jared, who was also a fireman, showed me some issue - fixed it (chimney was put back together wrong from last person) and actually showed me how to use the wood stove. Also, there was a mistake on my bill and they quickly and easily corrected the issue with no hassle! I would HIGHLY recommend them for a chimney sweep! Actual Customer, Westminster MD

We hired Ash Away on the recommendation of a friend. We called Ash Away on a Tuesday. They came three days later. They were awesome! The price was fair. The job was completed in 45 minutes and they even did a minor repair (at no cost) to improve the efficiency of our chimney. The workers were all very personable. We plan to hire Ash Away every six months to keep our chimney safe.
